Payment Options

Forms of Payment Accepted:

• Cash if paid in person (please do not send cash through the mail)
• Money Order/Cashier’s Check
• Personal check if from a local bank
• Credit or Debit Cards (VISA, MC, Discover, American Express)
  There is a convenience fee charged for each card transaction-Credit Cards (2.19%) and Debit Cards (1.79%).  Both have a $1.00 minimum.

If paying through the mail/email with a credit or debit card, please fill out the Credit Card Authorization Form and attach it to your application. The card must be in the name of the person using it for payment. Any declined transaction will result in us returning your request. You can mail in your request or scan and email it to us.  All requests are processed the day we receive them; however, delivery times vary based on where you live.  If you have not received it within a reasonable time, please let us know.  Unfortunately, we can no longer accept applications via fax unless from a Government agency.
