The City Clerk is the designated Records Access Officer of the City of Oneida.  Application forms are available at the City Clerk’s Office, printable form available here Freedom of Information Form, or a letter of request is also accepted.

You have the right to appeal any denial by submitting a written appeal within 30 days to the Mayor; A. Max Smith -City of Oneida, 109 N. Main St. Oneida, NY 13421

Fees for copies of records is $.25 per page.
